Thanks for stopping at Two Dreams by JM Shop. All my handmade goods are made by myself and I try very hard to make each product with high-quality work. I love to share my taste, ideas, and sewing experience by making products with a variety of fabrics, colors, and textures that make them unique.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 5 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you keep the item for more than 7 days from the day is delivery it is considered used and the payment will not be refunded.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
